We Are Moving The Needle is breaking barriers to make studios a place where all creators can thrive. We’re not a women’s organization, we’re an organization for change, addressing the barriers to a stronger, more vibrant music industry. We champion women, trans, and non-binary creators, and all those disproportionately impacted by inequities. Through scholarships, mentorship, research, and advocacy, we provide resources, data, and solutions to shift industry culture and drive lasting change. Together, we are moving the needle.

That’s not just a gap in representation: it’s a loss of creative potential. When 50% of the world’s creators aren’t being heard we miss out on half the artistry, half the innovations, and half the music. Some see this problem as too big to solve. We don’t.
