Join We Are Moving The Needle for a conversation with Maura Duval, Senior Director of A&R at Warner Chappell Music. In this webinar, we’ll explore Maura’s path through artist development, songwriting, and music publishing. Drawing from her experience signing and working with artists and songwriters such as Khruangbin, Emily Warren, and Amy Allen, Maura will share insights on discovering and nurturing talent, building lasting creative partnerships, and navigating a career in A&R and the evolving music industry.
Our Speaker:
Maura is Senior Director of A&R at Warner Chappell Music in Los Angeles, where she focuses on signing and developing songwriters and artists across Pop, Alternative, and genre-spanning spaces. Since joining in 2022, she has signed and worked with talent including Khruangbin, Emily Warren, and Debbii Dawson, among others.
Prior to Warner Chappell, Maura was co-founder of 2B Management, a Los Angeles–based songwriter and producer management company. During that time, 2B joined Ground Up Management, where she continued to oversee her roster while also contributing to the development of key clients such as Emily Warren, Scott Harris, and Amy Allen, and helped identify and sign emerging talent.
