Our Speaker:
Maria Elisa Ayerbe is a Latin GRAMMY-winning engineer and multi-nominated producer and composer whose work spans some of the biggest names in music — Mary J. Blige, Ricky Martin, Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez, Juanes, Laura Pausini, and beyond. With over 15 years in recording, mixing, production, and audio post-production, she brings both technical mastery and creative depth to her work.
In 2016, she founded South Mountain Music to champion emerging Latin American artists. As an educator, she has taught across five countries and moderated industry conversations for the Recording Academy, Grammy U, and Music Expo.
