This series provides concrete growth opportunities for pursuing a career in audio and equips creators with the knowledge, skills, and tools for success. Join us to gain invaluable insights, forge meaningful connections, and empower yourself to navigate and thrive in the ever-evolving world of music and audio.
Program Details:
Sessions cover a range of topics from masterclasses on production, engineering, mixing and songwriting to career-building skills, including resume development and professional outreach.
We Are Moving The Needle’s speakers and mentors draw from expertise across the music industry: from pop to metal, film to games, sync, A&R, management, marketing, artist relations, and more.
Webinars are open to We Are Moving The Needle College and University chapter students and We Are Moving The Needle scholarship alumni.
In alignment with We Are Moving The Needle's mission, the Fix The Mix: Student Webinar Series is a space for women, trans, and non-binary creators and professionals to build community and connect with mentors.
Career Workshops equip creators with the knowledge, skills, and tools for success.

Eva Reistad is a GRAMMY award-winning mixer and engineer specializing in score mixing, Dolby Atmos and record mixing, with credits including Alien: Romulus, Dune, Planet Earth Ill, Bad Boys: Ride or Die, The Independent, The Lion King, and more!
Suzy Shinn is a record producer, songwriter, and engineer with several GRAMMY and ARIA nominations for her work with Panic! At the Disco, Weezer, Fall Out Boy, Ghost, Illy & Anne Marie.
Ali Willa Milner is a GRAMMY-nominated and multi Juno award-winning Creative Director for Grayson Music Group. Her songwriting has led her to work with musical artists across a variety of genres including electronic, soul, alternative and more as well as sync placements for Kia, Tinder, and TSN.
